Mr. Lonnie Clark worked with Rockingham County schools as a computer technician. Mr. Clark chose Jacob’s Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after a total knee replacement for short term treatment services. We are pleased that Mr. Clark has returned home with his supportive wife, Betty, after receiving successful nursing and rehabilitative services.

Mrs. Elizabeth Lemons requested Jacob’s Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center prior to her admission to Wesley Long Hospital for a total knee replacement. Mrs. Lemons received less than three weeks of therapy before being ready to return home.

Cory Dumas entered our facility with a diagnosis of acute respiratory failure. Cory accomplished his therapy goals in twenty day and was able to return home.
